riesco a connetermi al dvr via Lan , via Wan arrivo al Dvr si apre il programma di visualizzazione che mi chiede user e Pw , le inserisco correttamente il sistema non da errori ma scrive attendere prego con la barra a puntini verdi che scorre ma non si collega, alla fine messaggio di errore “connessione fallita”
Cosa posso fare ?

normalmente l’active x , se si e’ scaricato correttamente sul p.c.,
giunti a questo punto verifica l’apertura della “porta server”
se questa non fosse aperta correttamente sul router…..
ricordo che e’ anche possibile cambiare il numero della porta assegnata
sia sul DVR che sul router (es. 6803 invece che 2000, etc.)
se non bastassero queste prove, risentiamoci pure….
