You probably already know, cause first comunications (but for official one we have to wait the complete operation).
The important news, we talked about in august, is fusion between Deatronic and HR Europe, better the bought of the second by the first.
As we said, as soon as possible we will make offical comunication, for now just watch video in wich Fulvio Cartasegna, Deatronic s.r.l. and HR Europe s.r.l. president, explains reasons push to this decision and what change now for customers and suppliers… you will find there will be just advantages for eachones.
