First step: in Technical Office HR Europe engineers and technicians increase CCTV and Antintrusion product lines, they test products choosen all around the world (in particular way from Asian Countries), they ask necessary changes to adapt products to european market, until the items are suitable.

At this point Purchase Department inserts new product in catalogue and orders it.
When shipment arrives in Turin we analize it to verify that all specifications are as we asked and if the product works perfectly.
Sales Department declaires that the product is OK and receives orders by Fax or Mail.
These orders are prepared in our store and leave our warehouse in about 24 hours.

But now HR Europe operative office function is not finished. By phone or e-mail our technicians follow customers to solve all problems that could birth. If the problem is not solved absolutely… they will authorize the delivery to repaire the product.
